I couldn’t praise Rob High enough, called in the middle of the night to an awful fog horn noise coming from our toilet, sent a pic of my toilet and he knew instantly what the issue was, he was at my house within 30 mins, friendly, helpful even at that ungodly hour put me at ease with my stressed and frazzled brain. Asked if I wanted to know what had gone wrong and showed me what was causing the problem. Would definitely recommend Rob to anyone with plumbing issues. Helpful, kind, prompt, polite and definitely puts you at ease in a stressful situation.

Mum’s shower stopped working and we needed it fixed asap! I called Rob and he came to look at the shower on the same day and gave us a price, as we needed a new shower. Rob was very prompt and gave us days when he could obtain the shower and fit it. We agreed a date and Rob came round at a time that suited us and fitted the shower. He was a very clean, and professional worker. Rob is a lovely, polite guy and I would highly recommend him. Excellent service and a beautiful shower.

We called Rob out for an emergency repair for our holiday that Business in between changeovers and he arrived on site within the hour and fixed the issue. Great service. Great value. A pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend and use again.

Rob was originally recommended to us by a friend. We’ve used his services a couple of times now and he is reliable, professional and friendly. He charges fairly for his work. It can be fairly difficult to find a good plumber, but I’m confident that if you use Rob, you won’t need to find another one.

I had a toilet that would not stop flushing. Thankfully I was able to turn the water off to that toilet and use another one. However I was about to go away and I wanted it fixed before I went. I tried several plumbers and Rob was the only one who actually answered his phone and it was a Sunday too. Rob was prepared to come out that day but as it wasn’t an emergency I said it would be fine to wait until the following day. Rob kept in touch via text and arrived at the time he stated. He was friendly and polite and had my toilet fixed within the hour. His charge was reasonable too. I can highly recommend Rob the Plumber!

Called Rob out twice, for a radiator replacement and seals on my toilet. Good service. No messing around doesn't need to watch over. Cleans up after job finished. Would recommend his services.

Rob was excellent. I needed to rearrange pipework for our internal stopcock and get a new external garden tap. Our road stopcock was broken so when he came to quote he advised that I needed to get the waterboard out - he understood the limitations and that if he were to attempt his work, it could cause major damage until that work was done. We got that fixed and then arranged an appointment. He then hurt his back so had to cancel an appointment but was quick to rearrange and kept me up to date. He first came to quote and gave me a few options for the work. It was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.
